How to create a print request

The purpose of this article is to explain how to create a print request.

To create a Print Request, you must create a Transmittal first. For help on how to create a transmittal, click here.

1. Once the transmittal has been previewed and created, Click Send to Copy
   
   
   
   
2. Specify the format and size, colour, and number of copies
3. Click Add the recipient and select the desired groups
   
   
   
   
4. Click Add upon completion
5. Click Create to finalize the print request process
6. Click Envoyer par email to send the request by email
7. Enter a share name, enter the copy centre email, and a message
8. Click Share upon completion
